Important Security Update for Online and Mobile Banking

At Dirigo Credit Union, your security is our top priority. To further protect your account from fraud and unauthorized access, we’ve introduced a new security tool, Cloudflare Turnstile, for our online and mobile banking platforms. This feature helps verify that it’s a real person logging in, not a bot attempting to access your account.

What to Expect:

  • If you log in on a desktop or mobile app without facial recognition, you may notice a new verification step (see image below).
  • In 80-90% of cases, the system will verify your login automatically. In some instances, you may need to simply check a box to confirm you’re not a bot.
  • In rare cases, you might encounter a verification error (e.g., Error 600010). This means the system had trouble verifying your login. Don’t worry! Here are a few steps to resolve the issue:

Troubleshooting Tips:

  • Restart your browser or mobile app.
  • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
  • Make sure your browser is up-to-date.
  • Disable any browser extensions.
  • Try logging in on a different browser.
  • Switch from Internet Explorer to a supported browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox).
  • Ensure you’re not using a VPN or proxy.
  • If you’re on a desktop, try logging in with the mobile app and set up facial recognition for smoother access.
